Wood Energy offers a nationwide after-sales service to ensure that you achieve optimum performance from the boiler throughout its lifetime.
As with all complex equipment, your boiler needs to be maintained in line with the manufacturer's recommendations for reliable and optimal operation. Regular servicing is also essential to validate your warranty and is particularly critical for projects receiving the Renewable Heat Incentive (RHI), where the efficiency and longevity of a biomass boiler drives your Return on Investment.
Our team of highly skilled engineers are on call for routine servicing and unplanned outages, giving you total peace of mind.
Our service package offers three levels of support and call out response, allowing you to choose the cover that best suits your budget and needs. These are:
Bronze service:This is our premium service level for installations where immediate response is important. In addition to the service package, it includes an agreed level of emergency call out and same working day response for calls received before 11am.
Silver service:In addition to the manufacturer's recommended services, this offer includes one emergency call out. For calls received before 11am, our engineer will be onsite within two working days.
Gold service:This is the basic service contract that covers the manufacturer's recommended service visits only. Breakdown response would be provided on a best available date at the time of your call, at an additional cost.
